Covid19 Bear

Journalling in the time of Covid-19

Leona Dawson Personal Development, Self Care, Stress

Covid19 Bear

In this workshop series we’ll gather to explore and share the [virtual] shelter
of each other during this time of physical social distancing.

Come when you are able to for this free weekly online journaling circle on Tuesday mornings 10-11am AEST.

I’ll offer gentle guided writing exercises using simple prompts and poems to help you get started in your journal writing experience.

In each session, there’ll be quiet time for writing whatever comes to mind.

There is no requirement to share your writing in this group and no particular writing skills are needed. Just a pen & paper or keyboard and the desire to keep some kind of journal.

Running every Tuesday … until we come out of Covid physical distancing.

Please email me leona@leonadawson.com.au to confirm your attendance and I’ll send you the Zoom Room link & password.

Journal writing…

…is good for our health, increases our self-awareness and helps keep us grounded, grateful and present to the life we are living.

…helps us solve problems, make decisions, gain clarity, cope with grief and loss and thrive during times of transition or confusion.

A journal is like a trusted friend & attentive listener.
