I have listened to a number of the sessions on this app and have found them to be well designed and helpful. That is no surprise to me because Mindset have partnered with a range of clinical experts including one of the world’s preeminent Clinical Psychologist & Hypnotherapist, Michael Yapko, to create their sessions and programs. Michael has written many books on hypnotherapy and depression and he trains doctors and therapists all over the world.
